Prana Plants is a passion turned into business for owner Chelsea Ritcey. Chelsea found her love of plants in 2020 after getting her first houseplant for her birthday, and that was the beginning of a wonderful journey. Prana, short and sweet, means breath of life. Chelsea took this from her interest in yoga and the grounding it brought her life during the trying times of the pandemic.

Prana Plants provides a vast selection of indoor houseplants alongside handmade plant supplies and ceramics. Chelsea strongly believes in being as earth friendly as possible. Prana Plants uses Black Earth Compost and supports businesses that also take the time to consider their impact on the planet.

Prana Plants is an inclusive space and part of the LGBTQ community.

Outside of the walls of the business, Chelsea has a plant family of her own nestled in Newton where her spouse Max and dog Wrangler enjoy their company too!
